The EV10AQ190A from e2v is a 10-bit Quad Analog to Digital Converter. It has four separate, digitally programmable 10-bit 1.25 GSPS ADC channels that provide a sampling rate of 1.25 Gsps in four-channel mode, 2.5 Gsps in two-channel mode and 5 Gsps in one-channel mode. The ADC has a channel to channel isolation of more than 60 dB and dissipates a power of 1.4 W per channel. It is available in a 1.27 mm pitch, RoHS complaint EBGA380 package and is ideal for RF down conversion, high-speed data acquisition, receivers, automatic test equipment and high energy physics applications.
